You can explore CasaRay without Home Assistant credentials. Live control requires your own reachable Home Assistant instance.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that the Apple device running CasaRay can reach your Home Assistant URL.
- Verify that the affected entity is available and responds to the same action in Home Assistant.
- Reopen CasaRay and allow a moment for live state to reconnect.
- For risky actions such as unlocking or opening a gate, confirm that the approval prompt appears and the entity exposes the expected service.
Helpful details
- CasaRay version and Apple platform version.
- Device model: iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
- Home Assistant version and connection type: local URL, remote URL, or Home Assistant Cloud.
- The room, device category, action you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or short diagnostic excerpt with private details removed.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles CasaRay Plus billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase history. Use Restore Purchases in CasaRay if an active subscription is not recognized, then contact support if the entitlement still does not refresh.
Requirements
CasaRay requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, or macOS 14 or later, plus a reachable Home Assistant instance for live control. Features vary with the capabilities exposed by each device and provider.
